Dear Cz friends, I have important news that you should be of interest to you. I just got notice from my publisher that my revised/updated book THE FORGOTTEN FEW has been accepted and is now listed, along with my other books on Amazon. Some of you might remember meeting me in Chernivtsi, and even remember the original story about my trips with my late husband, Rudy Koenig to bring aid and medicine to Mogilev near his camp, Transnistria. I have just sent emails to my friends and family about purchasing this book so that I will meet the goal that I will describe below. What you are about to read is a different message. I am aware that those reading this might be in other countries, might not be able to or want to buy from Amazon or perhaps can not afford the book. (Amazon makes the prices unfortunately so please note that the following message has nothing to do with money or purchasing the book.) My book designer is putting together an easy-to-down-load copy of The Forgotten Few. I will send this copy/link to the readers of this site with the hope that you will then forward it to your friends, family or WHOEVER you deem appropriate. With respect to my personal goal, I know that this book is important for posterity but also that the world is in turmoil and antisemitism is on the rise, especially here. I am adding the quotation below from the back cover of my book which says it all. Please let me know if it is legible. So, can the folks who are overseeing this site give me ideas about how to send the link to those who wish to read the book? Can I send it to the main person at Cornell who can then resend it to everyone on your list? Awaiting your answer please. Thank you for reading this. Cora This is the quotation from the back cover;
"The things I saw beggar description... The visual evidence and the verbal testimony of starvation, cruelty and bestiality were so overpowering… I made the visit deliberately, in order to be in a position to give first-hand evidence of these things if ever, in the future, there develops a tendency to charge these allegations to propaganda."
