OTOH regarding to the ICD, it's possible that he could suffer from an IQ around 45. But assumed his IQ is that low and he really should be innocent, regarding to his social behaviour caused by the IQ, I wonder how dyslexia could be diagnosed. Nothing is impossible, but some things are hard to believe. This will be my last reply, if Horatio should not apologize to Jerry.
