Hi Edmond, The generated RDF/XML looks fine to me and I don't know why Protégé won't show it. Probably you'll have to ask the Protégé people. The two RDF/XML snippets you provide don't show the namespace declarations and base URIs, so it's hard to know exactly what's going on, but probably they are equivalent (the rdf:Description/rdf:type thing is just another way of writing exactly the same triples in RDF/XML).
