Hi,

I'm just wondering if there is a way to use aggregates COUNT for mapping?

map:Entries_antibody a d2rq:PropertyBridge;
    d2rq:belongsToClassMap map:Entries;
    d2rq:property np:antibody;
    d2rq:datatype xsd:integer;
*d2rq:sqlExpression "COUNT(DISTINCT(antibody.unique_name))"*;
d2rq:join "protein.identifier_id = mapping_annotations.reference_identifier_id "; d2rq:join "mapping_annotations.mapped_identifier_id = antibody.identifier_id ";
    d2rq:condition "mapping_annotations.cv_type_id = 5";
    d2rq:alias  "sequence_identifiers AS antibody".

With this mapping I get the postgres error:

ERROR: aggregates not allowed in WHERE clause

Any idea?
