The problem with the saving of the cdxml from Windows is likely due to
mismatched line endings, due to my change last week that replaced all
occurrences of "\n" to "os.linesep" in xmltodict.py.
Likely, I just have to revert this change for the code element only. I haven't
looked at the code yet but will right now.
