If it's in C install Cygwin (Unix BASH emulator) and compile with standard
Makefile/GCC.

Well I had to insure I could get it working with the correct database and
I
have done that now.  I need a way to compile on windows - any ideas?  Also
I'll need to get the header files for freetds for windows because the
object-craft mssql module needs them.  I'll check into it what is
required.
