If you start the ClassDesigner for a fresh project, the window titled
"Dabo Class Designer" gets a light blue background.
Once you drop a control on this window, the background is white.
I think i also saw this under suse 10.1, so i guess it was added before
12/08/06.
My own forms all have a white background.
In the moment i'm not able to test with a different distribution.
But i guess the light blue background is intentional.
