Hi, I am catching up on the list.

I'm taking back my comment until I can provide specific improvements.
but, subjectively, I found working with the sizers (by running
AppWizard and then modifying the generated code) to be harder to work
with than what I am accustomed to.

Yes, I mean that and not something different.

for a reference point, I am used to working with tk's pack and grid
(<http://wiki.tcl.tk/443>).

I mean the automation of GUI code from the AppWizard as well as the
automation from the dabo framework. The framework automatically
provides some of the functionality I'd normally have to write by hand
(though I don't know how much it does yet). Maybe automation is the
wrong word?

I think I still like writing by hand more than using the AppWizard
tool. I haven't played around with the ClassDesigner enough to have a
pref for that. I've never really been into using graphical design
tools, though, so maybe I'm not the target audience for those.
