I saw some PK code that mentioned compound keys, and I got to thinking about permutations. which lead me to consider compound keys generated by the server.
I have been pondering this for over a day, and I can't see how it would work. I can't see how the server would do it, and I don't see how the client would deal with whatever the server did. So can "server generated compound keys" be put on the list of things not supported? Or can someone claim to have hear of it being done, or can someone explain how it might work. I think this is one that just doesn't happen, ever.
