Guess you're not very familiar with wikis. That capitalization
pattern, called 'InterCaps', is automatically recognized by wiki
software as a new link. Try it: edit a page, and add the text 'This
is a NewLink for testing'. When you save the page, the word 'NewLink'
will have a question mark after it; if you click on that question
mark, you create a new page named 'NewLink'.

The alternative is to enclose the potential new link text in square
brackets: 'This is a [new link] for testing' will now create a page
named 'new links'.
