I didn't - that's why that code was commented out. Just setting a
dImage's Value to the value returned by MySQLdb works.
The Employee table in the sample database contains a 'photo' field.
I just ran a quick demo and recorded it as a screencast. No sound,
but you should be able to see that there isn't very much to it.

The image quality is crappy, as these were BMPs from the old
Northwind data. Although the last image in the data set *does* look
pretty good. ;-)
