That was my understanding.  I would leave it for now.  I think that
we'll be fine.  If the MySQL legal team really wants to press the
issue with us we can always just drop support.

The one thing I wouldn't do is openly ask them.  Even if their
position is wrong, they have enough money to pay lawyers to win a case
for them so let's avoid that like the plague.
