#1021: The Dabo Runtime installer for windows does not work

I have tried both DaboRuntimeSetup and DaboRuntimeSetupConsole,
none of them can run the ide and demos though "Dabo Runtime Engine" after
installation.
then I checked the installed directory,
and found the file "library.zip" is bad, which can't be opened by WinRar.
