#1060: dabo errors with firebird backend (Error while trying to close

This is a unittest for the following firebird exception:
Dabo Error Log: Mon Apr 30 20:21:15 2007: Database Execution failed with
response: (-501, "Error while trying to close PreparedStatement's
associated result set: \n Dynamic SQL Error\n SQL error code = -501\n
Attempt to reclose a closed cursor")
I found out that this error was introduced between the release of
kinterbasdb 3.1.3 and 3.2.b1.
kinterbasdb 3.2.a1 had the error that it wasn't possible to subclass
kinterbasdb.Cursor, so i'm not exactly sure when this happened.
The prior release of 3.1.3 works without errors. All releases after and
including 3.2.b1 have this error.
The error happens on a new select after inserting, deleteing or modifying
an existing record.
Note that this is only happening with parent/child relationships.
The attached tar.gz includes a unittest and a db create script for
firebird.
