I am with Uwe on this one.  I don't think that it belongs in the
framework.  I think that it should go into the tools section.  While
that is still technically a part of the framework in the sense of the
subversion code, the code will not be loaded unless the user
specifically tells it to load.  I think that it is a great idea and
tool, but I don't really want it to import with dabo when I import the
module.
