#1122: Bizobj cannot access Application

revision 3763, on WinXP, in an app built by the App Wizard.
From the bizobj i could not get self.Application.
There was an error about a list index out of range,
which was thrown in dObject at line 86:
while classparts[-1] == classparts[-2]:
classparts.pop()
When i commented out these 2 lines (86 & 87), the problem went away.
