I think that sounds fine, but Ed had more of a hand in dDateTextBox than 
I did - I've been using raw dTextBox's for dates and datetimes, but 
meaning to move them to dDateTextBox to get the advanced features. It 
just hasn't happened yet.

I don't know about the specialized text controls. We have dTextBox that 
can handle editing of lots of types in a general way, we have 
dDateTextBox for specialized dates and datetimes. We have dSpinner and 
dSpinnerX for ints and floats. I guess if you don't mind working on 
these for a while we can see what you come up with and go from there if 
it feels right...

Regarding DatePickerCtrl, I think I'll yield to Ed on that one as I 
don't know how that differs specifically from what we've done.
