#1141: ReportWriter mis-calculating totals

I've been building some reports using the ReportDesigner, and have had
some problems with totals not calculating correctly.
The totals I want are simple grand totals at the end of the report, and
it appears as if the first record is always counted twice.
This is the case if I preview the report in ReportDesigner, or run the
ReportWriter directly providing a real data-set.
I have produced a cut-down .RFXML file which shows the problem when
previewed (attached)
