#1145: Show/Hide Sizer Lines of dBaseMenuBar isn't working properly

If you switch "Show/Hide Sizer Lines" in apps using dBaseMenuBar you do
not see a immediate change. Once the form gets resized, the change gets
visible. This is a minor issue which is noted here for future reference
only. The issue was noticed running linux.
