You can't attach a file to list messages. But you can open a ticket and

Tell me more about what you do to setup your computer to accept non-english
char's. I would like to test on my system.
Dabo I believe will accept non-ascii char's by adding '_()' to the string.
I.e. _("Select * from sometable"). I'm not completely sure about what I'm
saying since I have never had need to use non-ascii char's.
Maybe Uwe Grauer can help in this matter????
