#1157: dabo 'AppWizard' not working for Sqlite under Windows

I have just installed the latest release of dabo.
Under Linux, with my Sqlite database, everything works fine. Using the
AppWizard, it creates a maintainer for my database.
Under Windows, it just does not work.
Actually, the 'Editing' page that allows the user to edit the record, does
not seem to load the record and does not allow any editing of the record.
The wrong record is being displayed.
This is majorly bad....
