        How far away is it from the dDateTextBox in question? It's using the  
wx routines for determining absolute positioning, so I would expect it  
to work cross-platform.

        If you move the form around, does the calendar's position move  
accordingly? Or is it always in the same spot?

        What do you mean "continue to double click"? Is the calendar still  
visible? Did you accept a date in it? Somehow your dDateTextBox seems  
to have gotten a non-date value, but the traceback doesn't give a clue  
as to what type it was.
