        We follow the convention that all classes start with a capital  
letter, with the notable exception of what we consider 'Dabo Base  
Classes', which are prefixed with a lower-case 'd'. So if we want to  
consider some class 'hidden', we can prefix it with an '_', as is the  
Python convention, but in general we just need to drop the 'd': e.g.,  
dTextBoxMixin -? TextBoxMixin.
