We should recommend that people use the most recent production versions 
of the prerequisites, so Python 2.5.2 and wxPython 2.8.8.1.

However, as far as minimum requirements go, we need to allow more 
flexibility. So wxPython 2.8 and Python 2.4 (any version >= to those) 
are appropriate requirements.

We can add things to Dabo that didn't exist in say, 2.8.1, but Dabo 
can't fail to load because of it.
