I see it a bit differently:

A paged control with tab selection
A paged control with list selection
A paged control with a dropdown selection
A paged control with no user selection
A paged control with tab selection and extra styling

They are *all* paged controls. With the exception of 'dPageFrame',
the name differentiates the method of selecting individual pages. IMO,
'dPageFrame' is the anomaly here; it should be named 'dPageTabs', and
I've mentioned this before (http://leafe.com/archives/showMsg/326901).

The problem that I've been trying to resolve by my repeated questions
about naming the wrapped flat notebook is how to name it, because it
uses the same selector method as dPageFrame: clicking on tabs. That's
why I've been asking what is the distinguishing feature that tells a
developer why they would use it over the standard control. To me,
'dPageStyled', 'dPageFrameStyled', 'dPageStyledFrame' and
'dStyledPageFrame' are equally vague; I chose the shortest of the bunch.
