#1166: dComboBox does not see the delete key

I am attaching a minor change to dComboBox.py that demo's the problem. I
force the case to upper which in turn causes __onKeyChar to fire.
However, the delete key is never passed to the method.
I added print evt.keyCode to see if the delete gets there.
