I wanted to use Dabo's debugo feature and went to implement it. I have a
couple of usage notes that bugged the crap out of me.

1) Output from debugo calls before calling app's setup were disregarded.
Very annoying if your app needs to process arguments and you want debug info
there.
2) If you want debug info before the main window is visible, you are pretty
much screwed with the current setup. Strongly wish I could just pipe to
stdout.
3) Very hackish if I want the debug window to appear with no menu option and
a '-d' or '--debug' option

I realize the piping to stdout is pretty redundant as you could just write a
print statement and be done with it. I also realize I am supposed to use
the menu item. However, what I was hoping for was to be able to give a '-d'
option in the command line and enable debugging output.

Right now, I just remapped debuggo to use the standard logger and map to
stdout for the time being.

Thoughts.
