#1173: Class Designer - right click menu (in Vista)

If you right click the background in the Class Designer you should get a
context menu showing Sizers, DataControls, Display Controls etc....
instead the menu items for the 'top section only' is squashed to right-
hand side making them unreadable. If you highlight one of them you can see
the sub-menu.
