There were a bunch of extra layout panels in your first grid sizer (14 to
be exact). IOW, the grid sizer was set for a 2x2 grid, but your layout
looked like it was supposed to be a 9x2 grid.
Was this file edited by hand at all? If not, do you remember the steps you
went through to create the grid sizer?
