Hmmm... the error message sounded like it was a sizing issue.
I just tried this using Kubuntu and the latest code, and while I saw
the warning:
Gtk-WARNING **: gtk_widget_size_allocate(): attempt to allocate widget
with width -5 and height 17
... I didn't get a crash, and the demo worked normally.
Can anyone else test this on Gtk?
