Dabo 0.9.0 fails on the upgrade check (in dApp.py) if the the URL connection
fails (for example, on machines not connected to the internet) : the
variable 'vers' in not set and causes an exception to terminate the
application.
I found it window under Windows XP, but would expect it to be the same under
other OSes
I've attached a patch.
I'm not a subscriber to this mailing list, so I hope this email makes it
