Actually, it has nothing to do with the Class Designer. It's the fact
that for file-based connections, the cnxml stores a relative path. We
can't store absolute paths for all the reasons previously discussed.
But once the connection is read in, the path needs to be relative to
the app, not the cnxml file.
The change is a minor accommodation to handle this disconnect. Uwe is
blowing the importance way out of proportion.
