Added a menu option "Toggle Tabs" tho the "Edit" menu in Editor.py (ui).
It will be set by default (thus by default tabs will be used) and when
toggled the editor will use 4 spaces instead of tabs. Also added property
BackSpaceUnIndents so that backspace will eat 4 spaces in indentation
cases (i.e. only one backspace is needed to go back to the previous
indentation level).
