#1224: IDE ClassDesigner doesn't work as expected

Platform: Windows XP SP3, Python 2.5.2, wxPython 2.8.9.1, dabo 0.9.1 5131
After widget creation e.g. dDropdownList, main ClassDesigner frame is
opened, plus ObjectInfo and Edit frame.
Then I'm able to edit properties of control.
But when I click on background of ClassDesigner frame, in ObjectInfo frame
properties of the frame appears.
Then after clicking on dDropdownList widget again, its properties doesn't
show in ObjectInfo frame anymore.
Only action capable to restore correct properties view is pressing ALT+TAB
keys (what about Wondows platform default keys?). It's probably improper
event handling issue.
