Sort out the problems with the report writer and get multi-page paragraphs
and stacked paragraphs displaying sanely. Currently, short paragraphs can
work decently, but the page wrapping breaks down as the paragraphs get
longer or if you need to have multiple paragraph objects on top of one
another.
