#1229: Database doesn't get date from dDateTextBox if popup calendar is used

Situation: dDateTextBox connected to database column of type date, default
value for column is NULL. Filling in the box by entering a date directly
or by using shortcut 'T' and then '+' or '-' works: the database table
gets the correct value. Using shortcut 'C' and choosing any but the
current date doesn't work: the database gets the current date, not the
chosen one. This isn't immediately visible, because the box shows the date
chosen in the popup calendar.
