#1231: rollover year for dDateTextBox.

It would be very nice when using two digits for years to have Dabo
determine the rollover year to determine the century. I envision the
rollover a property of dDateTextBox. It would work with the short date
formats such as "%m/%d/%y" which is very normal in the USA.
