Request an enhancement to the reportwriter auto calculate bandheight
feature.
If the band height is set to None, perform additional adjustment to the
band height calculation by having the system determine if any hidden
objects were placed lower than any other shown object in the band. If so,
then shift the y pos for all the other visible objects down and shrink the
bandheight by the shift amount.
