Objects used in the page footer may not be displayed or calculated
correctly because the footer is being generated before the records for
that page have been processed.
For example, if an object is placed in the page footer that we want only
to display on the last page and use "self.RecordNumber ==
len(self.Cursor)-1" (Note: self.RecordNumber starts at 0) as the show
expression.
Note that this seems to occur with "live" data, but not if the report's
test data is used when "previewed" in the design mode.
