That's actually an old tool that removed some 'import *'-style coding
a previous contributor had added. Did you run that against your
current installation? If so, I would suggest re-installing from a
fresh copy.
The tools scripts are not general-purpose scripts, but things that
the maintainers of the framework use. I shall see about removing them
from the distribution.
