I am running into some design issues with the ClassDesigner.py.
1. There's no SaveAs button. So if you bring up a saved file (assuming you are
able to save one, more on that below) and edit it, you MUST save over the top
of the one you have saved. It would be nice to have the option to save it as a
separate file in case you are experimenting. Yes I could make a copy of the
file and work off the copy! :-)
2. I followed the step-by-step guide carefully. Yet after I've come back from
the "Add From Data Environment" and try to Save the (never saved before) file,
it SEEMS like it's saved it... as a matter of fact if I try to close it, the
form asks if I'm sure I want to close ClientsForm (if you hadn't clicked on
Save)... but it never actually SAVES it. Why? Because there is a Raised Event
error that's only displayed in the command prompt window.: 'SizerItem' object
has no attribute GetPos. So you aren't informed there was an error and you
think you've saved the file... but you haven't. I have attached a pic of the
error.
Ok, hopefully that will get cleared up? Or am I doing something wrong?
