I've noticed that when full keyboard access[1] is turned off (the default in
Mac), I
can't seem to tab to the next control that can receive focus. IOW:

+ With full keyboard access on:

If I press Tab, I'll go to the next control that has focus, jumping over
objects that
can't receive the focus, such as labels. Behaves as I expect.

+ With full keyboard access off:

If I press Tab from the control with focus (textbox), if there's a control such
as a
radio box that would have received focus with full keyboard access on, but not
with
full keyboard access off, the focus will stay on the textbox instead of jumping
to
the next control that can receive the focus.

Is this the intended behavior? Does anyone know if this is a known issue?

I have some Mac users, and I've always run my Mac with full keyboard access on,
but
the default is for it to be off and I've overlooked testing with the default
setup.
For now I've advised them to turn full keyboard access on, but I'd like to make
keyboarding work better if possible.

[1] On Mac, the default behavior is that only textboxes and lists can receive
keyboard focus, but you can set a system preference to change this behavior so
you
can tab to any interactive control.
