Running on a Mac right now, and that doesn't make any difference.
You said this was "dMainForm"; I'm assuming you meant "dFormMain". I
grepped for that term, and actually discovered that it appears incorrectly in
dApp's docstring, so I've fixed that.
How are you running dFormMain? There should be no controls on a plain
form, so I'm assuming you're running an app of some kind.
