This is very minor. The bands "groupHeader", "groupFooter", and "detail" are Camel Cased with the first word uncaptalized. The bands "ReportBegin" and "ReportEnd" or not. This is under the self.Bands dictionary reference. It threw me for a loop for a little bit because I was trying to access the details band using self.Bands["detail"]. I recommend we standardize one way or the other.
