Hi.

I have many problems with Dabo localization.
Most of them are result of mixed encoding declarations.
I mean, some parts of code takes encoding setting directly
from dabo.defaultEncoding variable, but other parts reads
dApp.Encoding property instead, which is the simply shortcut
to 'locale.getlocale()[1]'.
How it works?
When I open report file in ReportDesigner, all strings are garbaged,
because Dabo default 'defaultEncoding' value is 'utf-8' versus to 'cp1250'
returned from Encoding property (on Windows platform).
It's even worse, because 'xmltodict' function uses 'defaultEncoding' setting
to decode report file, where it should rather take this setting from
xml file header, what results strings become garbaged and sometimes raises
Expat exceptions in application.
Could you do something with this?
