        ...but you are not using DES3, which means you won't be affected. Any 
change would only affect those using the DES3 functionality in SimpleCrypt.

        Paul, what would you think about this: the first time that warning is 
displayed, make it a big, showy printout that no one could miss, and include 
all the information that anyone would need to remedy the situation we are 
warning about. Then set a flag in the preferences that indicates that the 
developer has been warned, and we don't need to constantly nag them. Would that 
be an acceptable compromise?
