I really think it should just be global, on/off, but I guess an additional flag in the call wouldn't hurt if you think it would be useful. I tend to react to error reports sent to me from remote computers and can't always reproduce the conditions that cause the errors, so I want the most relevant information to be right there in the error report email. I never know what callAfter() is going to be part of an error report so it needs to be globally on to be useful to me.
