Sorry but I disagree with this statement.
This commit breaks many things like:
- temporary keys generation (keys are no longer unique across the cursors)
- breaks join, order, fields, etc. clauses - they no longer common for
the entire set of dBizobj cursors.
Because of this, every cursor next to the first has different structure.
The SQL evaluated fields (like "CAST(foo AS boolean) AS bar") doesn't work any
more.
