I know that and again, it doesn't matter because MM cursors have their own 
managers.
You can do with them anything.
I only want to manage ordinary cursors within common manager.

So move them all to the manager. Only unique to these cursors is where clause.
If you don't intend to provide functionality to possibly have every ordinary 
cursor different 
structure, ordering, etc., there is no reason to have these properties 
redundant.
