Updated the module documentation to reflect current requirements.
Also, I'm working on a major commit that will no longer implicitly
import the subpackages when you import dabo, so I changed the
example of:
import dabo
dabo.dApp().start()
to:
from dabo.dApp import dApp
dApp().start()
(I'll explain my rationale for this when I make the commit, or please
ask if you can't wait.)
